Terms of Service

Kept short and to the point, because a rules page nobody finishes reading is a rules page nobody knows exists.

1. Every image must be SFW

FuriPage is a space for SFW content only. Every image uploaded — avatars, banners, character pictures and fursuit photos — must contain no sexual content, no graphic violence, and no adult-only material.

This is the rule the whole system stands on, not a guideline. Images that break it are hidden, and the account that uploaded them may be suspended immediately, without prior notice.

Because this is meant to be a place open to everyone in the community, there is no age gate, no adults-only area, and no rating tier to pick. The only way that works is if everyone helps keep this rule.

2. Illegal content

FuriPage may not be used for anything illegal, or to distribute illegal content — including content involving minors in an inappropriate way, which we may report to the relevant authorities as the law allows.

3. Content must be yours

Upload only pictures you own or have the owner’s permission for — including art you commissioned. Credit in the description is not a substitute for permission.

Do not impersonate anyone, and do not build a profile meant to make others believe it is somebody else. Impersonation is likewise grounds for suspension.

4. Your content stays yours

You own everything you upload. We ask only for the rights the service needs — to store, display, and serve your images to visitors according to the settings you chose. We do not sell your data, do not use your images to advertise anything, and do not grant anyone else the right to.

5. Accounts and age

All sign-in goes through UWU ID. FuriPage has no passwords of its own and stores no email address, so there is no channel we could use to contact you — if we ever need to announce something, we do it on these pages.

You must be old enough under Thai law to consent to an online service by yourself. If you are below that age, please use this service under a parent or guardian’s supervision.

Account deletion happens only on the UWU ID account page, not here — see what happens to your data afterwards on the Privacy page.

6. Suspension

We may hide content or suspend an account when the content or the conduct breaks these terms, or when a report comes in and our review confirms it.

We never say who reported something, or what they reported. Saying so would tell the reported person who dared to report, and then nobody would dare to.

7. The service is provided as is

We work to keep the system running, but we do not promise there will never be outages or data loss. Please keep your own copies of your original images: we strip EXIF and re-compress images on upload, so the file stored here is not the original, and downloading it back will not be byte-for-byte the same.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, and we update the date at the top every time we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
